Dear Sir, We had our Panasonic air conditioner serviced by
your serviceman yesterday. It was the first time that my wife
and I have had him in our home and we were very impressed with
his presentation and his excellent manners. He was very courteous,
knew his profession backwards, together with his technical knowledge,
which was impressive. I have dealt with a lot of people in my

- Dear Paul, I had two of your service guys attend my home in
Brighton-le-Sands last week and this week to carry out service
on my Daikin unit. Three persons in your organisation need to
be thanked: Adam in service control, well organized and pleasant
on the phone, Tony, service manager, very punctual, well presented
and pleasant, Rob who came on 1/7/04, early well presented, well
spoken and polite. I am in business myself and wish I could find
